Key areas of investment include:

• customer engagement — $135.4 million;
• developing and running RG programs — $122.4 million;
• RG training for consumers — $107.7 million;
• RG investigative and other not-for-profit RG organisations — $31.8 million;
• gambling addiction assistance — $26.1 million.

The significant boost in RG funding highlights the legal entertainment industry's strong commitment to creating a protective and well-informed environment. In addition to contributing substantial taxes to sponsor RG and related initiatives, the sector bankrolls considerable sums to equip punters with the necessary instruments and information to play consciously.

This study was published amid Responsible Gaming Education Month (RGEM) 2024, when the sector's leaders actively reaffirmed their commitment to RG via various initiatives.

This ongoing dedication has ensured RGEM's success, laying the foundation for future progress in conscious play.
