As part of the updated framework, businesses must provide annual reports detailing the actions taken, performance metrics, and key outcomes of their programs. Coljuegos will use this information to carry out audits and may request additional data to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures.

Visitors can also access information about counselling and psychological support services. This resource empowers individuals to seek assistance independently if they encounter difficulties managing their gaming habits.
